Today I want to honor all the women in my life.

Some of you I have known for years, and I honestly cannot fully express how grateful I am to have you in my life. Your presence, your stories, your strength, and your hearts have inspired me more than you probably realize.

Over the years, I have seen women rise in the most beautiful and powerful ways.

I have seen women break free from toxic situations.

I have seen women start their own businesses, expand their dreams, and finally take up space in places where they once felt invisible.

I have seen women slowly learn how to choose themselves again.

But growth is not only about achievements or success on the outside.

I also want to honor the women who had the courage to do the inner work.

The women who faced their emotional wounds.

The women who allowed themselves to heal after disappointment, heartbreak, broken trust, and painful experiences.

Because healing sounds beautiful when you hear the word…

But the people actually walking through it know how intense it truly is.

Healing often asks you to release versions of yourself you once used to survive.

And sometimes, during that process, it can feel like you completely lose yourself before you find yourself again.

That is the part people do not always talk about.

The tears.

The confusion.

The emotional release.

The moments where old pain resurfaces so it can finally leave your body, heart, and soul.

But slowly… something shifts.

You begin rebuilding yourself in your authentic power.

The version of you that was always there underneath the fear, pain, conditioning, or self-doubt.

And that takes incredible courage.

So today, I simply want to say:

I am proud of you.

Proud of you for choosing self-love.

Proud of you for taking steps toward your dreams.

Proud of you for starting over when life asked you to.

Proud of you for continuing, even on the days where you doubted yourself.

None of us climb the whole staircase at once.

We all move step by step through life.

And every single step forward matters.

So keep going.

Keep believing in yourself.

Keep choosing the life, the love, the peace, and the future that align with your soul.

And please never forget how powerful you truly are.

Thank you for being part of my life.

Thank you for inspiring me every single day in your own unique way.

We are all mirrors for each other in this lifetime, and I feel deeply grateful for the mirrors that continue to reflect light, hope, love, and strength back into the world.

With love,

Sabine 💖
