It is a nice way to uplift your energy during the week. This is a good option if you just like the little extra boost for the week!
This will not have the same depth as a personal photo healing (which includes a full healing session daily, for a week).
The energy box is perfect for you if you are looking at a busy period, have important dates or events ahead of you - where you wish to show up for in your good energy flow.
